How to Enter
The GAIG/USDF Region 9 Championships, Southwest Dressage Championships are qualifying competitions. Based upon earning qualifying scores throughout the show year determines the rider and horse eligibility to participate in Championships.
An Open show is also available that runs concurrently for those wishing to compete and are not qualified for Championships.

How to Participate - Even Without a Horse!
The Region 9 Championship event is the pinnacle for National level competition throughout the Region 9 states. Competitors have worked all year and many travel hundreds of miles to compete against similar level competition in order to earn additional qualifications to possibly attend the National Championships. Positions are available for any level of experience and your can earn lots of volunteer swag as well as credit towards year end awards. You can volunteer below or contact Alex for more information.
