How to Place an Ad:

Advertisements and payment (new and renewals) must be submitted by email by the following due dates to ensure publication:

• E-Newsletters, classifieds & calendar events: No later than 15th of the month prior to publication.
• Show Program: No later than 30 days prior to the show date.

Ad copy should be in final form.  Copy Email ad requests to Publications/Web Chair

Ad Specifications:
Please send your ad as a full size JPG or PDF file with 300 dpi resolution.  Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents are also acceptable.  Photographs must be in full size JPG or PDF file with 300 dpi resolution to ensure publication resolution.

Payments:
Ad fees must be mailed before the ad deadline to: 
Treasurer Margaret Dhont, 3821 University Blvd, Houston, TX 77005. 
Payment by credit card is encouraged.
